Extremely secure. The accounting system is web-based hosted with 2-factor authentication for all access. All reporting is delivered via an api link to a secure cloud folder, also with 2-factor authentication. 

Each week you will log into the customer portal and approve only the invoices you want to have paid. Images of each invoice is ready to be viewed.

We deliver month-end invoices by the 20th of the following month. 

A lease abstract is prepared for each new lease with all the salient details and then loaded into the accounting system.

Each property has its own secure web portal for tenants to make rent payments and review statements. 

At the beginning of each week, we send you a summary report with activities on payments, deposits and accounts receivable.
